This may cause problem in your case, better you take a consent letter from owner/ legal owner of property and upload.

The property is also in the name of my grandfather. Then who would be legal owner ?
Is my father ? I so, then how do I prove.

In your case in addition to electricity bill you can attach death certificate of your grandfather along with name of legal representative (your father) that is updated on Income tax website. (i.e. in PAN Details)

I can understand your problem, See if you will go by all laws, you have to follow long process as transfer of property from your grandfather to your father first and based on that your father can give you consent letter. Or if he has a legal will, he will be the owner subject to various other conditions and situations.
Better take some professional opinion to avoid department queries or give a try to your best judgement based on Indian philosophies.
