My Client is Doctor he is providing the services for Pesent consulting at his own clinic , not proving for Bad Facility ( Not provide the any type of Body testing ) , only providing genral check up and consultation services for viral fiver and many more , he is M.B.B.S Doctor ?
so please advise me he is liable for Service tax ?
Health care services by a clinical establishment, an authorised practitioner or para-medics will exempt from service tax.
