you should submit form 103 only . it should be sent by speed post at respective regional office. if article ship place is in other region than the one where you are registered then you should submit all the documents what were submitted during IPCC registration

download form 103 from this link https://www.icai.org/post.H T M L?post_id=718 also download I'd card given at the link page. take print out of the form and I'd card and fill it completely. speed post the form, I'd card, all academic exam 10 12 , cpt marksheet and IPCC group 1 marksheet attested by ca to regional office address. the above reply was for students registered in ipcc under direct entry route.
