WHY NOT , WE ARE IN INDIA SO WE HAVE A TENDENCY TO DO THINGS AT LAST TIME SO FOR CWG ALSO EVERYTHING WILL BE MANAGED TILL LAST TIME.
But you know Sanjay CWG is a world class event and this can not be taken lightly specially when your dead line is almost reached and participents are under pressure to delay their travel to india or look out for alternatives to stay.
