Yes.... Same is issued with your TAN no.
Yes ,.... but TDS under GST as per Section 51 CGST is only for Govt Conern or such persons or category of persons as may be notified by the Government on the recommendations of the Council
And
TCS , only in case if E- commerce Operator as per section 52 CGST Act
And
TCS , only in case if E- commerce Operator as per section 52 CGST Act
for Tcs there is no need of TAN
