actually in coaching i have seen that gals have always QUESTION MARK on there face let it be MAFA or TAX ??

Just like fingre prints, everyone has a unique brain which works differently in different situations. No two brains are alike. And Mr. Halim, just check out the passing % of girls as compared to boys in various professional exams and then decide for yourself whether girls are intelligent or not.
