Do i need to file IT return for my pvt ltd company ?

I have registered a private limited company with two director including me on 5.02.2015 for my tech startup which is yet to launch. Hence no sale or any money transaction happened so far. I have got PAN ID. But i have not yet applied for current account or VAT or TIN etc. Do I still need to file nil IT return for my company...? If yes can I do it online myself? Thanks in Advance.

Every company shall furnish the return of income electronically under digital signature. In other words, for corporate taxpayer e-filing with digital signature is mandatory.

One more query is since my company was incorporated on 5.02.2016 only and no transactions happened yet when should I file IT return and how to do it on myself, please suggest what to do in my case if u can ?
