I am having a query regarding the possession of children in case of divorce udner the amended hindu marriage law. I want to know that if a husband wife applies for divorce and who will have the possession of their children especially son in below circumstances regarding the age of them.
1. if the age of the child/children is more than 21 years
2. if the age of the child/children is more than 5 years but less than 14 years
3. if the age of the child/children is more than 14 years but less than 21 years
4. if the age of the child/children is less than 5 years.
