Dear all,
We are paying dividend to non-resident I am aware that we need to pay dividend distribution tax but kindly let me know is there any withholding tax on remittance of dividend to non-resident.

Dear Gargi,
In my opinion, witholding tax is not applicable to dividend as the Company is already paying Dividend Distribution Tax and Dividend is tax free in the hands of the receipient.
