Hey guys..

Is dividend income from an indian company taxable in the hands of non resident??pl trply asap!!

Dividend from an Indian company is not taxable since Dividend Distribution Tax is already paid on it. Residential Status is not to be seen in this case. Therefore, Dividend recd by a non resident from an Indian co is not taxable.
