Distant of km in intrastate for eway bill

E way bill is not based on distance....distance criteria is only to ensure goods reach destination within reasonable time.

It is 50 K M for intra state purpose

The 10 km limit is prescribed for movement of goods to transporter's place. the e-way bill is mandatory for movement of goods where the value of invoice is exceeds 50,000 or any other case as specified in rules. this limit is still prevail in case the movement of goods is done within the city. hence distance criteria is not prescribed for e-way bills
