Quick Summary
This discussion concerns the dissolution of a partnership deed following the deaths of two partners in 2003 and 2011. The legal heirs are seeking guidance on the correct procedure. Key considerations include reviewing the partnership deed, drafting necessary documents with a property lawyer, and potentially obtaining a court order. It's noted that a partnership automatically dissolves if fewer than two partners remain.

According to me, the partnership deed needs to be read. And through a strong property lawyer, the documents need to be drafted. Might require to take order from court. You can connect with me for the same on raj @ rcdco.in
The property involved is seperate.
When all partners have deceased and partnership cannot exist if only one of partner is surviving ( as to form partnership at least 2 or more individual must be present)....deed is automatically dissolved
