in this case of partnership deed the 1st partner has been died on 2003 and 2st partner died on 2011.there is the property involve in this case ...we the legal hears r trying to desolve the partnership deed .... plz kindly suggest me what is the process....
According to me, the partnership deed needs to be read. And through a strong property lawyer, the documents need to be drafted. Might require to take order from court. You can connect with me for the same on raj @ rcdco.in
When all partners have deceased and partnership cannot exist if only one of partner is surviving ( as to form partnership at least 2 or more individual must be present)....deed is automatically dissolved
