If tribunal passes an order against auditor, it invalidates him for next 5 years, so does it makes any difference to company who has previously appointed the same auditor and his term has not yet expired?
141 deals with disqualification on appointment and reappointment but not on continuation, bcs ratification in AGM is not affected by any section in this case
When disqualification occurred then no matter for how period an auditor has been appointed... He has to vacate office immediately...... Qualification is not one time matter at the time of appointment.... Being checked throughout the period.... Any disqualification occur u hv to vacate ur office
