U/s 47A withdrawal of exemption granted u/s 47

u/s 47 (iv) & (v) withdrawal of exemption from when from the date of transfer of original asset of from the date of default. Query related to sec 47A(1), (2), (3), (4) 

in sub. sec (3) & (4)  withdrawal of exemption from the date of default but i am not clear in sub. sec (1)  and (2) what should be the date of withdrawal of exemption???? kindly read the Sec 47A.
