Which is last date of filing GST TRAN FORM'S.
Bcoz, The appointed day of immediate preceding from July 1st....

If it's exactly following then the TRAN form not opening on July 1st 2017...
The TRAN form opened on 21st August. If we can take 90days of the date of opening it ending on November 18th....

Which date we ll follow....
If we follow the day of July 1st then when it ending...
If we follow the day of August 21st then when it ending....
What is the meaning of 28th is last date. This meaning is finally end or only ITC purpose. If only ITC purpose then we can use the ending date as September 28th or November 18th....
