consolidation of hind joint venture is done on equity method and not as proportionate consolidation method under ind as
equity method is reqd for both associate & joint arrangement
not like existing AS
and revenue based amortization for first question is not allowed under ind as 38

Ca final 2nd GRP was very hard and lengthy...
from final grp 2 papers IDT was very lengthy and time consuming.Many of my friends have not completed the paper.I hope some grace marks will be given in IDT.
