what's the treatment of building purchase expense in the q1?
easy but lengthy, there was no problem in vas, we had to consider only p&l items
So many ambiguous and absurd questions.
1a) phase i and ii starts and completes what is that
1d Question of SFM
4c) haven't seen this question anywhere
5a) Value of Business ?? Question is Ambiguous or incomplete as in one line answer can come by market value
5b Another Question which is not available anywhere
6a) Question is Wrong. 1392 Value added is not possible unless closing and opening stock value are interchanged
6b) SFM Question
For q. 5(a)- value of business, how was capitalisation rate to be calculated? i just took it as (profit after tax/equity share capital) .
Did anyone solve q. on provision for option premium?

But overall best paper
For Capitalization factor,
find EPS first, then calculate PE ratio as MPS is given already in ques.
and Capitalization factor (NRR) = 1/PE RATIO
whts the pc for amalgmation?
