Dear friends,
Whether there is format for arriving at the Discounted cash flow method of Valuation. I need to certify the stock
value based on this method. The company is a Private Limited company. The investments are from foreign investors.
RBI is insisting the Share valuation to be based on the DCF method. If any one is having format can you please share?
