any discount on sale given by us before gst n amount taken back thru credit note from company is taxable or not.

Question is not clear, if you have given discount on sale and reverse it then you must have raised debit note. And you must have debited the party and credited to sale Accounts. Now this sale must be taxable with GST

I am a fmcg distributor n gives scheme before gst on behalf of company. company issue us the credit note of such amount spent on their behalf.

Yes, 18% u r giving sale promotion services to company, You should issue a bill /claim to company with 18% GST.
