Please help me with the query mentioned below.
I have appointed two new directors in one company XYZ Ltd, and attached MBP 1 as well while filing DIR 12.
Now i am not sure if i need to file MGT 14 also for the resolution passed to note Directors Interest per Sec 184 (1), Sec 179(3) read with rule 8(5)of Companies Act 2013.

Appointment of director and taking note of disclosure of interest by directors are two different agenda points altogether. For appointment you have to file DRI.12. For taking note of disclosure of interest you have to file MGT.14 with a copy of Board resolution. MBP.1 is not required to be attached to the form.

Sir, Thank you for the valuable information. One important meassage i have heard that WB ROC is sending notices to the company who have not attached MBP 1 with the Resolution in MGT 14.
