Disclosure of acquisition of shares by way of transmission

i m wrkg as article in listed company on nse and bse. now, mother of our promoter-director has expired. now she holds 208524 equity shares in the demat account in the promoter group. According to will made by her, her grandson aged 2o years will be entitled to the shares held by her. plz guide me whether intimation for transmission of her shares to her grandson will have to be given to nse/ bse/ mca/ central govt. or any other authority.plzz  help me frnds...its urgent

Transmission has to be done within 6 months or ortherwise it has to be transmitted only to the Government and not the individual mentioned or other people.

 

Then the share transmission has to be informed to NSE / BSE as the company is "Listed".
