Disclosure in Directors report

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

While mentioning the details of Foreign Expenditure by a Company, do the Company will only fill the details of Imports and charges thereon Or it will also fill the details of Traveling expenditure, Business Promotion etc.
Please advise
