a major share holder holding 50% transferred his shares during 2012-13 , hence ceased to be a member w e f Nov. 5 th 2012 whether we need to disclose as per AS-18 ?

As per AS 18, it covers disclosure of transaction between related party and reporting enterprise. In the case shareholder has sold shares to another person. So, no disclosure as per AS 18.
And disclosure as per other regulations, you should wait for other replies.
