Disapproval of transfer

i have taken transfer for my principal and joined articleship training under another ca but due to completion of 1 year of articleship training my transfer is not approved and i also dont have the valid reason so i continue my articleship training under ca from which transfer is taken but now as my attempt is due my ca is saying since u didn't rejoin me i will not signed on the examination form.what should i do.reply as soon as possible
