In the AY 2018-19 we had shown some disallowance under wrong section which is not matching with Tax Audit report hence in the order 143(1) of Cpc they had disallowed the same again as per tax audit and have raised demand. I believe that now revised return cannot be filed for AY 18-19. please inform what option available to correct it and reduce demand
Thanks.. The fact is little changed now. in the Tax Audit report by mistake one disallowance amount shown at two place and due to which extra tax has been levied.. if the tax audit report is revised will I get the benefit by filing for rectification
