Directors Report - Salary Disclosers

That i know but many companies are not providing the same even in case of listed companies also.. they simply put the clause that the details are available with the Company interested stakeholders can ask for the details.

I feel this is not the right practice. Proper disclosure should be given in the Directors' report or wherever required by law.
