Directors report
if in a company additional directors are appointed in june 2015 , and for the directors report of the F.Y. 2014-15 which is dated 2 september do we need to disclose about the directors appointed earlier in june

Prepare Directors Report as on 31.03.2015. Therefore, the details of appointment of new directors in the month of June may be shown in the report of 2015-16 and not in 2014-15.
