My question to the experts is that whether a ny person having knowlledge of Finance and accounts check the auditors report. As per companies Act , Directors report and even fiancial report can be checked after paying a certain amount of fees .

All the documents available for public may be search by any person by payment of requisite fee.
Yes, Section 220 requires every company to file their accounts (i.e. Auditor Report+Director Report+BS+PL+notes to accounts) with the ROC and they are public documents and available for public inspection and download at www.mca.gov.in/mca21 after log in and paying certain amount (Rs 50 only for few hours) but in case of Pvt company PL is not a public document.
