Dear Members, I wanna know that if fraud is done by any one member of the company than in this case are, are all the directors including foreign directors responsible for the fraud or only the director who conducts the fraud is only liable. Is there any provision regarding this in the New Company Law 2013. Your suggestions will be highly oblidged. Thanks, Aman Jaiswal
