GST will be applicable on any amount paid to directors as remuneration under RCM. There is no limit on it. 

 

IN CONTEXT OF INCOME TAX , any amount paid to directors as remunerations , TDS is applicable irrespective of amount @ 10% u/s 194 J .

Example : rs 1 paid to director , have to deduct TDS @ 10 % i.e., 0.1
