Hello Everyone,
I have been trying to find answer to one of my very specific query relating to Directors Remuneration as per Companies Act 2013, Please help
There are 2 directors in the company both of them are related,one of the directors remuneration was restructed in March,2013 wef April 2013. Would this restructed salary applicable in this current year or the company needs to take any step for it.
if its in march 13, no step needed now dear...!!!
