Since Section 197 of the Companies Act, 2013 is applicable only to public company there is no limit on remuneration payable to director of OPC.
Sample resolution for revision of remuneration of director
"RESOLVED THAT the remuneration of director Mr/Mrs......... (name of director), (DIN:....) be and is hereby revised w.e.f conclusion of this meeting as follows
Salary - Rs.........../month
DA - Rs......../month
TA - Rs......./month
