if only one person can be sgareholder in OPC and it is compulsory for directors to own share in the company then how can there be 15 directors in OPC?

where it is written in companies act 2013??? Inorder to be a director he should be a member???

There is no qualification share status in companies act . a person can be a director even if he is not a member....... yes OPC can have maximum 15 directors..
