Yes, you can change by filing e-form DIR12.

How the shares be allowed to new incoming director.if already the shares are purchased by old directors before commencement of business

Director is exiting from directorship. He still will remain Shareholder if he subscribed for shares during incorporation.

Pl check, I feel, no form is accepted by the MCA PORTAL unless COB is filed.

No portal will not allow for same.
