Director salary
Sir,
A pvt ltd company want to decrease director salary from 2,50,000/- to 1,00,00/- due to financial crises. The Company has 3 Directors, but want to decrease salary of 2 directors only.
Question - Can company decrease the salary, if yes can send me the format of resolution

yes, salary of only 2 out of 3 can be revised.
DIRECTOR’S REMUNERATION
"RESOLVED THAT all the Directors (or any of the director/s) be paid a remuneration of Rs.________ per month each as compensation to the time and efforts spent by the directors for the business of the Company with effect from ________ until otherwise decided by the Board.
