Sir, A pvt ltd company want to decrease director salary from 2,50,000/- to 1,00,00/- due to financial crises. The Company has 3 Directors, but want to decrease salary of 2 directors only. Question - Can company decrease the salary, if yes can send me the format of resolution Thanks, U.K.Tanwar
