Director resignation can be filed back date? i. e. Director resigned from office in the year 2011 but till now not filed any form to ROC about his resignation, Now my question is...
1. Now Is possible to file resignation form DIR-11 with ROC
2. If not possible what is the remedy for director for his resignation.
