director regularisation
If regularisation of director is done in AGM and in DIR12 instead of change in designation only director option is opted wat is the procedure to rectify that mistake as in master data at MCA 21 the name of director is shown twice .

how mca can allow same Director with same DIN appointed twice. It is suggested to discuss with ROC or else file DIR 12 for resignation with clarification and again file dir 12 for change in designation.
First resign the Director by filing DIR 12 and then again regularize the Directoor by filing DIR 12 for change in designation.
