Q:-- DIRECTOR ONLY SOURCE OF INCOME IS SALARY FROM THE COMPANY . IS REGISTER OFFICE OF COMPANY IS IN DELHI AND DIRECTOR LIVES IN KOLKATA . IS THERE IS ANY PROBLEM TO FILL ITR IN KOLKATA INSTEAD OF FILLING IN DELHI ININDIVIDUAL CAPQACITY OF THE DIRECTOR.... ??????

ITR filing is a centralized process, and it is filed as per juridiction of PAN card issued, so the director will file his personal return as per the juridiction of pan card
an individual can be director / partner of more companies in more than one state, but return would be filed only in juridiction , from where his own pan card is issued, consolidating all income and gains from all places,
Dear friend,
It is not matter that he is director of company.as per income tax act you will consider his income of individual from salary and file itr—1 Note that he has no income from capital gain, business income,loss from house property.
