In a private company a director was appointed as whole time director after 5 years board of directors wants to be appoint him as director only and approved the resolution in the board meeting.
I want to ask wheter the form 32 is filed for change in designation from Whole Time director to Director. and if form 32 is filed date of change of designation is the date of meeting when the resolution is approved or the date of his first appoint ment as on MCA website this date will be seen.
In my view, Form 32 needs to be filed only in case of appointement and resignation,so i think that you should first file form 32 for resignation from post of whole time director and then appoint him as a director.
