Yes, of course.
Can you quote section in the new companies act sir.?
Go by section 174(1) which is related with quorum of meeting of board which itself explain that for a meeting board of directors should be there which should be 1/3rd of total directors or 2 whichever is higher. Even meeting by video conference will also be held valid if quorum is there
