company has 10 director at present
it wants to increase the no of directors to 13 , 14 or 15
the limit specified in article which 1st registered is 15
approval of CG required or not?

no approval of CG if
(A) the no of directors as increased does not exceed the maximum number
specified in "ARTICLE AS FIRST REGISTERED" OR
(B) the no of directors increase does not exceed 12
whichever is higher
