Taxation syllabus is same for both May and Nov 2010. So no need to change in my view..You can prepare the same for Nov 2010 as well..Syllabus will change again for May 2011 exam. But you must refer the amendments that are posted in the ICAI website, the same you can download from below link for your quick reference. All the best.
