As regards Direct Tax, whatever notes u will obtain now, will be applicable for the exams in year 2008. i.e May & Nov 2008. So wait for the budget and then, for the new notes- which will be applicable for ur exam, M09. All the Best

since i cannot attend any coaching classes, i intend to make an early start with the concepts and later on i can go through the amendments relevant to ay 2009-10. since idt is entirely new to me i wish to make an early start. so please do send me notes
