Direct Entry Scheme registration confirmation

one of my relative applied for the CA course through Direct Entry scheme in starting of May month. But till now she didn't get any confirmation about the successful completion of registration process neither do they pick the call when we tried to reach them about the same. Please anyone tell me why they taking long time to complete the registration process. We already made the payment for the same. PLS HELP!!!!!
