I am a b.com final year student and after this I want to do CA from CHANDIGARH so, how can i apply for the same and when i have to apply.?

Go to ur icai branch in chandigarh and fill form for direct entey along with draft more thy can tell u

My exams of b.com final year will held in may 2019 and if I want to appear in IPCC exam in may 2020 then when I have to apply for ITT
