Dear Parth,
As you asked, you want to appear in the examination of dec. 2012, and you haven't got yourself registered yet, i am afraid but you wont be able to do that.
as the course structure, there should be a gap of at least 8 months between registration and examination.
n yes as you have cleared your graduation, you will be able to claim exemption on that basis and enroll yourself in 2nd level i:e Executive level.
