can shareholder of co. being Practicing CA or Auditor of company can attest and sign DIR KYC forms of director of same company in which he is Shareholder or Auditor?

First of all CA ofcompany i.e auditor of company cannot hold shares in his name he is disqualified u/s 142
For second question No, he cant sign it being auditor but yes he may sign it if he is just shareholder
1. it means if i m auditor of company then i can not attest and sign dir kyc
2.if i am shareholder in a company then i can attest and sign dir kyc
The Form shall be digitally signed by a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant or Company Secretary, who is in whole-time practice.
As per my view, this form is not about a company.. Its abt an individual who is having a valid DIN. So even if the auditor of a company certifies such form, there shall not be any harm in that
A person who holds share can't be appointed as an auditor of such company. So he can't do any activity which should be done by an auditor for concerned company.
