Companies Act 2013 1156 views 3 replies

Is a director required to give form DIR-8 in each financial year...?

To my knowledge it seems to be not required, however came to know of a different view.

Thats why would like to seek a clarification on this.

Thanks and Regards

yes you are right...it is not required for each f.y..
however your auditor may ask for it at time of audit..for the purpose of good practice you may get it signed..
Companies Act 2013 do not require the Director to declare. However section 143(3)(g) requires auditor to state nine director is disqualified under section 164.
Thank you all....

Is it ok if taking not of receipt of DIR-8 is not included in minutes along with taking note of disclosure of interest....??
