Hello ,
1) Earlier we need to have 274 (1) (g) (now DIR -8) , as stated in the auditors report and auditors use to vouch the same.
Query :
1) You may refer to CARO 2015 for auditors' report under the new Act.
2) MBP.1 is required to be given at the first Board meeting in the financial year and thereafter whenever there is any change in that. There is no requirement of taking it at March-end.
