Dir-8 ---earlier 274 (1)(g)

Hello ,

1) Earlier we need to have 274 (1) (g) (now DIR  -8) , as stated in the auditors report and auditors use to vouch the same.

Query :

1. Pls suggest now the FORM DIR-8 also is included in Audiotors report as per the Companies Act , 2013 ??

1. MBP1 (EARLIER 24AA) is any requirement to take the same in march end like before ??
