Please help me out members, can we file dir-3 kyc web based without filing inc22A
As we have still not completed the kyc of company so can we file kyc of directors.?

yes...because dir 3kyc is done because the person is holding din and not being director of any company..even if a person holds din without being a director he needs to file Dir - 3 kyc
That mean we can file dir-3kyc without doing kyc of company ryt?
But tell me one thing our company director holding their directorship in one company only in which they are appointed as a director..
In this case we can file or not?
yes...I feels it should be done irrespective whether the company has done Inc 22a or not...
Dir 3 is for the Director identification you can go ahead and INC 22A is for activation status.
